Family day with NFP
We celebrated our partnership with NFP this week, by co-hosting a family fun day at the Halesowen velodrome. A mixture of NFP employees and their families, along with local supporters of the More Than A Cyslist campaign braved the, at times, inclement weather. Although it was too wet for the track bikes, it cleared up enough that the children could get a go on the track, along with the big kids who had brought their road bikes. Other activities included face painting, bouncy castle, and the charity raffle.
Big thank you to our special guest Olympic cyclist Kelly Murphy from the Irish Track Cycling Team, who competed in the Paris this summer 2024, for joining in with the kids sessions and drawing the raffle tickets!
We also took the opportunity to present NFP with a small thank you from the campaign for all their support.
